Expert Technical and In-Field SupportReliable Support from Rockford Systems: Fast, Efficient, and Comprehensive Solutions

Initial Contact
The support process begins with a call or email to the technical service group at Rockford Systems. Our team is ready to assist and address any issues you may have.

Remote Support
The Rockford Systems support team strives to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently through phone, email, or video meetings. We aim to provide solutions remotely to minimize downtime and disruptions

Escalation to Onsite Support
If a resolution cannot be reached remotely, the service manager will schedule an onsite visit based on the complexity of the issue. Our priority is to get your equipment back up and running as soon as possible.

Solution and Quote
Depending on the nature of the issue, the support team will assess the problem and provide a quote for the necessary solution and visit. This ensures transparency and clear communication before any work begins.

Warranty Service
Warranty-covered service is provided at no cost. A technician will first attempt to resolve the issue remotely via phone, email, or conference call. If needed, an on-site visit will be promptly scheduled at no additional charge.

Non-Warranty Service
For issues outside the scope of the warranty, a purchase order (P.O.) will be required before scheduling a visit. This ensures that both parties are aligned on the cost and scope of the service.

Important Note: Depending on the terms of the warranty, a P.O. may be necessary for some onsite visits. Please consult your warranty policy for clarification on coverage and requirements.

Technical Service

Non-warranty technical service is a summary provided to customers when service or maintenance is performed outside of the manufacturer’s warranty coverage. It outlines the scope of work completed, documents equipment condition and findings, and offers recommendations for ongoing safety, compliance, and performance. This type of overview helps customers understand the results of the service while clarifying that the work is billable and not covered under warranty.

Building a Safer Workplace with a Machine Guarding Program

A machine guarding program is essential for workplace safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and protecting employees from machinery-related hazards. Due to the complexity of equipment and compliance requirements, a structured program helps standardize safety measures, provide employee training, and maintain long-term safeguarding through annual audits. Key elements include compliance evaluations, written policies, implementation strategies, and ongoing training to create a safer, more consistent, and sustainable work environment.
